Costamolino shows a vivid straw yellow in the glass animated by greenish reflections, a sign of its freshness and youth. Costamolino on the nose is delicate and subtle, floral with orange blossom and hawthorn and fruity with golden apple and pineapple, enriched with sweet hints of almond, a typical marker of Vermentino; the finesse is characterized by a certain intensity, largely conferred by the presence of aromatic white grapes. When tasted, Costamolino is fresh and savory, dry and quite soft, characterized by great balance, good intensity: a decidedly fine wine in aromas, which return with pleasant persistence.
